Changing My College Major and Going to CC How to Format Resume?

Hello!
I have recently changed my major, and in order to cover a few ( 3 or 4 classes) prerequisites, I'm taking a leave of absence from school and instead I will attending a community college.
I'm looking at different internship opportunities and wanted to ask what the best way to format my resume while I'm taking a leave of absence and attending another school.
