Am about to get a job offer that pays me almost 4x what I currently earn and would like to have a raise

6 months ago I started this job that pays me about €1250/month, which isn't a bad salary for my country. I do applicational support and programming, in which I didn't have previous professional experience with, and I can say that I've been doing a quite good work - My bosses have constantly been giving me more responsibilities and I feel that both my work and opinions are respected.

I'm an external employee and if everything goes as expected I'll get a proposal to become an internal in 6 months so I've been preparing for that and trying to figure out what would a fair salary be for me. I spoke with someone who's got a more managerial role and he told me that juniors normally get offered €1500/month but since I have a job that's more unique because I also need to have business knowledge then I should jump that up to €1800/month.

Meanwhile I got contacted on Linkedin for a job that would pay me about €4400/month doing almost the same I do currently, I sent my resumé and went to their interviews just for curiosity and without preparation and to my surprise I passed the two first interviews and the technical tests, now they're wanting me to go to the final round of interviews with the client that's going to be just a chat in which they'll see if I fit their culture, and I'll get some technical questions that are easier than the ones I got, so probably piece of cake.

I'm about to refuse this job because the job for several reasons, the first being that this job is in another country because I want to get the nationality of the country I live in and can't move to another in the next 2 years, but this made me realize that I may be worth even more than €1800/month.

Now how do I:

• Use this knowledge to get leverage when negotiating my internal contract?
• Decline the offer respectfully, without closing doors?
