Hey all. So currently I’m working as an engineer for a company that requires me to work 10 hours a day while only getting paid for 8 (salary compensation). It was my first job out of college and I didn’t know any better. I’d like to look for a different job in a company where I will not feel used and abused. I’m here for advice on what to look for in a good job? And what qualities make a company good to work for?
