I am a graphic designer, and I recently applied for a freelance/remote position with a local agency. They got back to me after about a week and said they'd like to interview me via Google Hangout, as in a text interview. That seemed unusual but they are a pretty new company and pretty forward-thinking so I went along with it. I was messaging the interviewer and she asked me probably 25 different and difficult questions, which took about 30 minutes total. After I answered her questions, she said she'd show my answers to the hiring board and would get back to me shortly. After 20 minutes, she got back to me and said "Congratulations! Due to your level of experience and your working skills, the company has decided to hire you as one of our staff. You are now a staff of XXXXXXX. We hope to see the best in you!". This all seems very fast to me. Is this normal??

that you can start your training immediately." What the heck does this mean? Is this scam or something or is this normal?
