Trying to figure out what to tell potential employers why I’m leaving my current job.

I’ve had it with my current job of 6 months working at an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab. I need out and I need out fast.

I work for a director who doesn’t know jack shit about anything. She allows addicts and alcoholics to run the show and wonders why it’s a zoo and dares to blame employees. She commits insurance fraud. She finds the people who want to leave against medical advice and kicks them out. If a client leaves AMA the insurance stops paying, if they’re kicked out they get the full amount of insurance money. They’re severely understaffed it’s unsafe to an extent and I’m stuck doing things that aren’t even my job. I’m just absolutely done. If it weren’t for decent medical benefits, I’d go back to bartending.

I’ve submitted applications elsewhere and I’m ready for someone to bite. When I interview, what do I tell them the reason for leaving is? Poor management? Is this a legitimate reason in a potential employers eyes?
