Remote job for startup or stable office job?

I recently graduated from college, and I have two opportunities after months of job searching

1) Work remotely for a job that I have great interest in

I have a great interest in working in this industry, particularly marketing. I have miraculously been able to get in contact with people that work at this rising startup. I would have to work remotely because the main office is located across the nation. It's a risk because I would be working remotely (which has its of cons), it's a startup still so things aren't as set or organized, etc. However, it's a chance for me to explore this interest I have of mine and to try something I have always wanted to explore!

2) Work in a stable office job for a University

I would be working as a counselor to students -- I have always enjoyed working and advising university students as my previous job was just that. It's a very stable job that has great benefits.

I am torn between the two. It's mainly about taking the risk of working remotely for a startup, but doing something I am very interested in VERSUS working in a stable office job that I wouldn't dread one bit as well.

I am still young so I want to explore, but I have always been an over thinker who becomes too indecisive.

Any advice will be much appreciated. Thank you!
