Middle managers with ~10 years experience - how many resumes and interviews did you have to go through to get your current job?

I’m about to start actively looking for a new job as I have a suspicion our new leader will be cutting a lot of the team to bring in her own crew.

Director level with about 10 years experience and a decent network.
