Looking to go back to employment after gig work

I want to go back to working a normal job after spending the last year in the gig industry (Doordash, Grubhub, Uber). I'm not sure how I can go about doing this but I'd like to earn a good steady income again. Especially given the fact that after mileage expenses I make close to or under minimum wage many days. Should I just join a temp agency? I never finished my college degree and can't go back at the moment. I absolutely do not want to return to the food industry as I was miserable there.
