Job requirements

I noticed one job description requires knowledge in Lotus Notes. I have always used Outlook and the associated notes and calendar function. The job description doesn't even mention Outlook. This to me seems they are behind the times unless somehow the Lotus Notes function was integrated into Outlook with notes and calendar. I also saw where IBM sold Lotus Notes.
