How does hiring work via Superday?

So long story short, I recently had an onsite panel interview (back to back individual interviews for 30 min) in addition with a lunch interview with an entry level worker.

I probably did well with all the interviewers except for maybe 1 (out of the 6 of them), but how does this work really? Do they all get together and just vote on who they liked and didn't like? Do they just make a list of their 5 choices? I kind of feel a little down since I feel like maybe that one interviewer I messed up with probably will knock me out of the running. (But I hope that anything is possible).
