Coming up on the end of the year and I asked for a raise. Also by a stroke of luck happened to secure a long term client in the past two weeks as well. The client is a very difficult one and I am stepping way out of my comfort zone, i will be capable just not comfortable. And I asked for a 27% raise and they said yes. 2019 is going to be very busy but I feel relieved to finally be in the pay range that feels fair and where I dont feel underpaid.
