Following up on a resume?

I sent in my resume and cover letter to the headquarters of a large clothing chain last week and I wondering how (or if I should) follow up. I've only worked small retail gigs before so my follow up was usually just a phone call and that was good enough, but since this is for a position in their actual offices I'm wondering what the proper protocol is. I've looked up who their Senior Hiring Manager is and I know her name but I was unable to find a company email for her, closest I've found is her Linkdin account.
