First interview ever coming up, will be meeting with multiple people for 3 hours; any Tips?

This will be my first interview ever and i'm scheduled to be there for three hours.

I'm meeting with someone who would be my supervisor, a couple people from other departments, and an HR guy. I believe it isn't all at once but multiple individual interviews though I'm not certain.

Any tips, advice, or experiences you can share?
