Contractor to permanent salary question.

I was just offered a short term contract (3months) which will potentially have the opportunity to move to a full time position within the company at the end of the contract. The position pays $24.00 per hr and is through a staffing firm. If at the end of three months I was offered a permanent position within the company is there anyway to ballpark what the company would offer me considering that the staffing company would no longer be part of the equation?
