Cant make a choice help!

I have the choice between staying where I am (£26k) earning average wage with low stress easy work, or accept the offer and work shifts working under someone for a potential £6000 wage increase.

I'm 23 saving for a house and really wouldn't mind the money, but the work seems quite daunting and the company has agreed to train me etc, but i like it where i am and not sure if i want that push yet. I just can't seem to make a choice, what would you do?
