Worried about background check

Hello! So I recently moved and interviewed for a high paying job with a great company at Company A a week ago. Unfortunately the hiring manager was out all this week and is deciding in the next two weeks so I’ve had to keep looking for jobs.

I accepted an offer at Company B which is a low wage call center environment just so I’ll have income coming in. My issue is, if Company A does decide move me to the next step and run a background check and sees Company B will that be an issue? Company B is basically a place holder do I’m able to afford rent.
