Where to go from here

I currently work for a company that has had some shady stuff come to light recently. I won't go in to the whole story, but basically it's time to gtfo. I have begun my job search but I have found that I am somewhat directionless. My experience is mainly in customer service. I worked in the restaurant industry for six years, and the last two have been with an automotive web dealer starting out in a call center, and then moving in to the operations end for the last year and a half. I feel like my strengths and experience lie in customer service but I am starting to get burned out and would love a change of pace. Are these skills marketable elsewhere? Or if not, how can I move in to a role where I could eventually advance to something else?
