Although this shouldn't happen but again it can. A contract as far as I know is a document to state the agreed terms between the company and worker so without this contract would anyone actually start working or should one actually do it? If you are told your contract is not ready for another 1day will you come to work only tomorrow or start right away if they let you but no contract?
