As I mentioned, I have 3 years working for a startup company. Now the company is growing, and I have a good reputation as one of the best employees. But recently, the environment has changed dramatically. It gets more rules to follow, more pressure to endure. I’m fine with all of that.
But then my Boss promote some of the staff, include his relative and one of my Colleague to be my superior. His relative become his Vice, and my Colleague my Manager. The thing is, both of them has left the companies before and he welcomed both of them back warmingly.
As the only one who stick longest to this company, I feel hurt.
I know it’s one of my faults if the Boss doesn’t choose me. I’m not the talkative type, at least not in the face of my Boss. But I always do my work clearly and quickly, as well as have good relationship with other Colleague.
The two appointed superior don’t have foreign language, but I have. I think my Boss also think about this aspect, because usually those who have language skill will sooner or later leave the company, and he wants who can stay and train.
The question is, should I leave? My colleagues are great, and I feel like emotional attachment here
