How did you get the job that's in a different field from what you studied in college?
As an arts major, I'm getting discouraged looking at all these internship positions that applicants "must" be in the STEM field or be a business major. Are these requirements concrete? Will they not even look at my application if I studied something else than business (I'm looking at customer service positions and I can self teach excel and I'm willing to learn anything they require me to- but they require applicants to be in marketing or accounting).
