Need feedback to fill in the Work Experience section on CV/resume

Hi! I'm a college student that waiting for my graduation next month, and I kinda need some advice. I had the experience of running a small online business with my friend. It ran about a year before we decided to halt the business because each of us focuses on other things. Does it count as a work experience when writing CV/resume? It was not that profitable enough to be a main source of income, but it was a decent amount if I see it as an allowance money. Thanks in advance.
