Losing More Money with New job, Should I keep looking for something better?

Hi guys,

1 month ago I accepted a new job that came my way without thinking much about it, its an inventory auditing job and I have to use my car to travel to a different store everyday, the catch is that there is a 20 mile(get paid $.24/mile) and 20 minute cutoff before you start getting pay for miles on your car and travel time, the other catch is that I live in a major metropolitan area and most store and travel time is under 20 miles and 20 minutes. This left me mainly unpaid for used gas and wear on my car and I even got a flat tire on one of the trips to a far away store and had to replace the tire and the company did not reimburse me for it. I make slightly more in this job than in my last job I got laid off but I feel like I'm also spending more, I'm probably spending $60 more on gas a week than normal because I usually have to refill again mid week and then on fridays. The only reason Im not totally breaking the bank with gas is because my car gets a decent 33mpg on the highway but when I have to drive locally it sinks a lot.

Anyways what you guys think, is it ok to keep looking for a job just after getting this one ? the job is okay and the bosses love me because I do an incredible job for someone new but I feel its not convenient.
