Job says 1-2 years of x experience (or similar experience) a plus, should I apply if i have no experience and am a recent graduate?

the company has another smaller part time position that doesn't say anything about experience but i wonder which one i should apply for. obviously i want to get the best opportunity but i don't think i can apply to both.
