Is there a job that you'd be a freelancer and a company's rep. for once-off occasions?

I got an offer from someone who wanted me to oversee a deployment task on his client's premises. Except, this 'someone' is from a different country. His client is in my country.

So, I'd be the one physically visiting the client acting as a rep. from the 'someone'.

I tried to search for jobs like 'representative' and 'remote representative' on Upwork... but I didn't hit anything.

Is there a specific term?

I want to utilize my nationality of having a visa-free access to a large part of the world.
