So I’m fairly new at my job (been working there 2 months) I work at a bank. And lately I feel like I’ve been doing pretty good. My only issue is that when it’s closing time everyone else (who’s had 2+ years working there) start rushing to close, running around yelling “EVERYONE HURRY UP!” that makes me feel under pressure and the result sometimes causes me to miscount my drawers and be out of balance (when I’m actually not).
Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy working with my team and they’re helpful, but I wish they wouldn’t do that. Is it wrong of me to speak up and tell them not to do that? Should I talk to one of my managers?
