As the title says, I have an interview with a staffing company tomorrow. I've done this sort of thing before, as my first big job out of college was as a lab tech with a staffing company finding my temporary placement. I eventually went perm. I'm worried that this might be a similar thing, but I'm hoping I can negotiate a wage that isn't much lower than what I'm currently making. This is more of a lateral move than a step upwards, in an area I'd like to move to. Oh, but I'm so nervous! Does anyone have advice for this kind of situation? I haven't had a serious interview in almost 18 months.
