How should I reach out to a past interviewer from a past job offer?

Well, actually I'm asking: what should I say?

I interviewed with this place a couple months ago, it went perfect. I got along with everyone, it relates to my major and blah blah blah.

They offered me a position and even waited a week for me to make a decision. Unfortunately I had to decline because my class schedule just wouldn't work with it.

The HR even said "please keep us in mind if your circumstances should change." so I felt bad for declining, but was able to leave on good terms.

My schedule has opened up, so I wanted to reach out but I don't know what to say... This is what I came up with:

"Hi M,

I hope you're doing well! I'm excited to say that I'm reaching out to update you in regards to my availability as it's opened up. I wanted to make sure everything was lined up before making the commitment and I'm now prepared to do so. I really enjoyed meeting with everyone, learning about the organization and participating in the activity observation, I look forward to revisiting that. Whenever you're available, I'd love to renew our conversation about the position. Thank you!

Warmly, A"

I know it's not good, so I'd appreciate some feedback! Thanks for any advice.
