Don't technically have a job title, but need one

I recently started working at my husbands real estate company, to take the workload off of him as he's an agent as well. We're a smaller office of about 35 and I handle basically everything. Marketing, advertising, administration, HR, accounting, agent training. I don't technically have a job title but need one for business cards. Husband and partner suggested Director of Operations but I think that's a bit too fancy for a smaller business. Any ideas on what I can pick?
