I'm in a bit of a work-dilemma and I'm hoping you guys can help me with.
Currently, I'm working as the only graphic designer at this company that primarily deals with health & beauty product distribution. For the 1st few months, everything was going great. A few weeks ago, my boss asked me to designs a series of flyers for advertisement and a booklet with our products for clients.
However, the products I've been asked to incorporate don't even exist (meaning that they're currently in development & not in the market). Another set of problems:

Many times I always ask him to clarify on what he wants, and he says to make small adjustments on font, image placement, and color scheme. I make these EXACT small adjustments, and he still wants to change it again. This has let to constant back & forth with little to no progress being made, and with him getting frustrated.

The flyers that they want me to design have been given have such abstract guidelines that I'm not given much direction on where to start. He's handed me a few posters & pamphlets from other companies and to replicate their design. I try doing that, but he's still unsatisfied with my end result. Granted, I understand that this can be a major communication issue. English is his 2nd language, and he speaks with a thick accent. Sometimes, even he doesn't know what design he wants and that he'll only know what he likes when he sees it. I feel like he expects me to read his mind!
As a result, he's called me in his office and is considering letting me go. I've been given a chance to meet with my boss 1 more time and convince him to let me stay a while longer. How do I go about convincing him? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
