I'm applying at a warehouse and one of the main requirements is to possess at least two years of forklift experience but in reality I possess a little over a year in experience. It is an online application with a simple yes or no question. I'm afraid if I answer no the application will be automatically be declined while at the same time I also don't want to lie. What do you guys recommend I should do?
