Any environmental scientists out there?

Hi! I graduated with an Environmental Science bachelor degree last year and am struggling job wise. Was just wondering if anyone was able to help me with how to get experience in this field as most job applications call for a minimum of 2 years experience😔 Or should i continue studying? Genuinely thinking of studying completely different since the job outlook is so poor for environmental science.
