What would a former boss say is your biggest weakness. This is a mock interview question with 6 panelists.

I’ve never had a “real” job interview. I’ve done massage therapy for the last 20 years. Sure I’ve worked for someone before but the interview consists of giving them a massage.

Now I’m in college to go into the medical field and I have a mock interview set up with 6 panelists.

One of the questions is: How would a former boss describe your weaknesses?

I need help on the best way to answer this question please!

TL;DR: Need advice on how to interview. Never had a formal interview in about 40 years.
