Usually when I look for jobs I see these awful listings with meaningless descriptions of the job. All of them say the exact same things, though they're supposed to be for different jobs. They just contain unnecessarily descriptive and redundant sentences involving "engaging the customers" or "making the workplace an open environment" and shit like that. I'm sure only a few people will understand where I'm coming from. The bullshit that companies have to write is just so painful to read, it makes job searching so much worse for me.
If only everyone looking for these jobs had basic human decency they wouldn't need to be told by their employers that they have to behave like a good person, and if only customers weren't dickheads. Fuck the service based economy, it is cancerous and I wish I grew up somewhere that valued doing shit yourself. Dealing with people is awful and unfortunately to get anywhere in life you have to serve people, unless you want a dead end, manual labor job (except those lucky self made people) .
