Single Income Husband in Phoenix, AZ

Hello Everyone, As stated above, I am married and we live on only my income. However, my wife has been chronically ill for the past 3 years and has been unable to work. Her medical bills have gotten so expensive, we were forced to move in with her parents. I've been looking for work of any kind for months, but no dice so far. My current job is only $16/hr, and that's not cutting it. Do any of you know of better paying jobs than that in the Phoenix area? Any help is appreciated, thanks all.
