See above. I'm planning on looking for a new job next month, as I'm sick and tired of my current workplace and the terrible working conditions. My boss & the assistant manager are one of the only good things about the workplace, so should I let them know about my plans before I start looking or wait until I have something lined up and then give them my two weeks with no warning?
