Quitting Job--Employer says I owe them-Ontario

I recently got a new job and just gave my current company 2 weeks notice today.

The problem is that I will not be paid for my last 2 weeks of work due to a commission owe back stipulation. I was hired and given 6 months commission ahead of time to cover the long sales cycle of the product I was selling, and since I saw no sales in my time at the company, I have my wages garnished to cover their initial payout.

Should I work for free these last 2 weeks or just leave? I do not plan to use this company on my resume and since I have a new job I can start that sooner.
