Does it make sense for a PM in San Francisco making $150k per year to move to Bangkok to make $50k per year?

Any insights into what's life is like for someone making $50k in Bangkok? Will they be able to buy a 2k squarefoot house? Go on out of country vacation 1 to 2 times a year? And eat out whenever they want?
