LinkedIn Algorithm

So i have a piled of Linkedin network requests that I just havent added (they don't leave me a note, nor is there a reason they would reach out to me). So its now over 175..

I was wondering - does anyone know if you have a pile of unaccepted network requests if there is an algorithm that pushes your profile to get viewed more, or suggested on other peoples network? None of these are quality and as I am job searching currently, I am trying to figure out the best way to get my profile viewed by recruiters.

Any ideas?
