Hi there, first post to this subredddit so I hope I'm doing everything right. Basically, I put in my two weeks for a retail job I've had for 6 months. More than half of the staff has as well, including my manager, though they'll be there long enough to see my two weeks through. However, my new job would be happy to have me with them as soon as possible, and I'm eager to start as well. I was just going to stick out my two weeks but its been absolutely terrible, and I've found out some troubling information about what's been going on behind the scenes at my job. I don't want to get into detail, but being at my current job is just making me really stressed out and uncomfortable. Should I just leave without working my last few shifts? Do I need to call and tell them I'm quitting?
