Lawn Care Business Owner to ???

So long story shorten. I’ve been running a lawn care company for the last 15 years since before high school and I am burned out on the stress lack of qualified employees, constantly depending on the weather to dictate schedule/income, and a few smaller things. I graduated high school in 09, then went right to college part time and graduated this past winter with a degree in business management. I have about another month of the business being open and then I will be closing the business but I have no clue on what I will be doing next or where to even start as I don’t have any idea of what I want to do except for the fact that I don’t want to be dealing with HR as an employee. Any suggestions?
