Is it reasonable for me to apply to a Fitness/Wellness/Health Club Directing position with no previous directing/managerial experience?

Title basically. I'm in the process of obtaining my CSCS (taking exam in 3 weeks) and I think it would really open up my resume to new jobs. However, would this one be a stretch? I fulfill all the basic requirements (basically just a BS) however have no experience in hiring, budgeting, or creating member retention/acquisition plans. I've had a personal training job and also worked as a physical therapy aide and that's about it. More or less entry-level positions. I'm also quite young (early 20s), I know employers can't discriminate based off age, however I feel like if I'd walk into the interview they would immediately get a bad impression upon seeing me.
