How to talk to a Bad Boss about his issues? (pain in the ass, micromanage, humiliating and in constant bad humor)

I work in a new place about a year ago, we are 6 people besides the boss (is a she) and we get along really well, great enviroment between us.

But the boss is a pain in the ass, in a constant bad mood, mistreating and humiliating every one, for small things. We are in constant fear of her tantrums and is taking a real toll on productivity and the mood of everybody.

I really need advice on how to tell her the issues because I´m not sure how to tell the issues in a diplomatic way. Thanks.
