Have to decide on job offer tomorrow but have a 2nd interview for the job I want on Wednesday and I don't know what to do.

So I applied to a few jobs at the same time. I ended up getting two interviews one for a retail job and another for IT help desk. Both interviews went well and the retail job is expecting me to accept or decline the job offer by tomorrow (Monday). But I have a 2nd interview for the help desk position on Wednesday. I really really want the help desk job because it's the field I want to get into and pays a lot more and I have no professional experience in IT so it's my "foot in the door" to my career. The IT manager interviewing me for help desk acted like I basically had the job they just need me to do a short interview with HR due to the company requiring it.

So should I tell the retail manager I need more time? If they say no what should I do?
