Had a good interview, was told i would get an email by the end of the day thuraday. Now sunday. Should i email her?

The woman I interviewed with asked for my email during my Interview. Previously we had spoken on Indeed. I had applied and interviewed the same day. While I was filling out my app, another person came in as well. It's a new restaurant that hasn't opened yet. The interview went well, she seemed to like me, was excited about me being an artist so I could do window murals/chalkboards. I mentioned my desire for full-time which she was fine with, and expressed interest in ringing me into the restaurant business as I don't have experience, but would like to.

Since we were conversing on indeed, she wrote my email down towards the end of our interview, told me I could expect an email from her by the end of the day, and then soon she'd tell me when the place was opening so I could give my two weeks. It's now Sunday evening and I never got an email from her. Should I indeed message her to be sure it wasn't sent to the wrong address? Or is this a sign of a non-hire.
