Bad timing for an interview

I have a job interview for my dream job position next week.

However, I’m having surgery the week after and won’t be able to work for 6-8 weeks. I’m worried that they’ll call me to offer the job after surgery, when I won’t be able to work. I’m not sure if I should mention this situation at the end of the interview, or how I should handle this in general. Advice?
