I had final round interviews at a dream company last week. I felt truly like I did well, as I had lots of practice.
When I asked about the next steps with each of my interviewers, only one was a clear answer. She told me that the team was going to convene Wednesday, and they could extend offers as early as Wednesday afternoon, Thursday, or Friday.
Well now it’s Monday and I haven’t heard anything. This concerns me for two reasons. One being the process moved fast previously, as I was informed made final round interviews two days after my on campus interviews. Secondly, this company is notorious for ghosting people. They ghosted my friend after on campus interviews.
Based on the evidence, should I officially assume I didn’t get it? I guess I could follow up, but I interviewed with three people, and interacted with many more throughout that day and I don’t even know who to follow up with.
