I’ve been invited to an assessment day for a graduate scheme at a large marketing firm. This will include a group task, a case study with a presentation, and individual interviews.
I have done similar assessments twice so far this year with no luck. I am a very outgoing person, which made me think I would do well in this type of interview, but the results prove otherwise. I am American, and this interview is in London, so I thought maybe there were specific attributes I could exemplify that would make me stand out (enthusiasm and confidence have always worked great for me back in the states).
Does anyone have any tips? I’d especially love to hear any advice related to marketing interviews, graduate scheme interviews, group interviews, or interviewing in London.
