Any high-paying part time jobs that no one wants to do?

[19 M] Currently doing both school and work full time. Work pays about 20/hr but that gets you almost nowhere here in SoCal. Trying to move out of the house and want to find another part time job to assist me in this endeavor. Cheapest studios in my area are falling around the 1,700 to 2000 range, which doesn’t even include other expenses. My current job can already be classified as one that nobody would want, so I’m not really deterred by “off-putting” jobs. So, what kind of jobs would you suggest that can earn me a pretty decent paycheck? I heard portable toilet cleaners make bank but there aren’t any openings thus far
