Old boss said last week that he wanted to catch up this week. Do I reach out to him or wait until he contacts me?

I quit my job and my last day was last friday. When I handed in my resignation my boss asked if down the line I'd be open to doing some small tasks if available and I agreed. On my last day we talked briefly and my workload was light but he had me finish up a few things for him, he mentioned he wanted to catch up sometime this week to do a proper "exit" conversation.

I'm not really sure what else there is to talk about? He hasnt reached out to me this week yet so I'm not sure if I'm expected to contact him first or if he will reach out to me since it was his suggestion.

I have another job that he knows I've started so I don't know if he's waiting on me or?

I'm so awkward with these things haha I feel like we don't have much else to talk about and I've already quit/completed my time so my plan was to wait until he asks me when I've available to catch up. Am I right in doing so?

I work remotely, and did my 3 weeks notice so I'm done done lol
