I applied for a call customer service position at a bank and they asked me to fill out an application prior the second interview. There is a part in the application that asks about my work experience with the note that they reserve the right to contact all current and former employers. Basically, there is no option to say No. I honestly don't want them to contact my current employee as I havent told my current bos that I look for another job and it's just an obvious thing to avoid being awkward with my current one. So , do you have any advice? Thank you
